Québec's cold climate may not be the first place that comes to mind when you think of authentic Mexican cuisine. However, that's exactly where you'll find Mezcal, a true taqueria that brings the heat and flavor of Mexico to the heart of Trois-Rivières Québec.
Mezcal's branding is all about authenticity. From the handmade tortillas to the colorful decor, everything about this taqueria is a tribute to the traditional street food of Mexico. The logo features a bold, hand-drawn font that evokes the same feeling of authenticity. The branding system also uses a lot of warm tones, which is a nod to the vibrant nature of Mexican culture. The overall look and feel of the branding is trendy and modern, but still manages to stay true to the chef's roots in Acapulco.

This case study is extra special to me, because starting with the amazing photography of Ariane Samson as a base, I used the AI of Midjourney to create most of the mockups! I'm really interested in seeing where this tool will get me in the future, but for now, I hope you enjoyed!
